Dr Jacqueline Newling is a historian, gastronomer and museum curator, with specialisations in Australian settler-colonial history, public history and place-based interpretation, and food heritage. Jacqueline is author of Eat Your History, stories and recipes from Australian kitchens, 1788-1950s (NewSouth Publishing & Sydney Living Museums 2015). She lives and works on Wangal and Gadigal Country.
