(He/Him)
PhD Candidate, Faculty of Environment, University of Waterloo

I am a PhD Candidate in Social and Ecological Sustainability at the University of Waterloo (September 2020) . My research explores the use of narratives in social-ecological systems and transformations towards sustainability, with a particular focus on land-based livelihoods. Through a systems thinking and complexity lens, I'm interested in the connection between phenomenology and narrative, exploring themes such as nature connection, sense of place, embodied cognition, localism, regenerative agriculture and bioregional regeneration.

I live on a Community Supported Agriculture Farm in Caledon, Ontario.
