Director of Undergraduate Programmes, ISC Paris Business School

Dr Jamie Smith is of English nationality and has had an academic career in France for over 20 years. He earned his PhD at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK and his MBA from Aalto, Helsinki, Finland. In addition to teaching Strategic Marketing internationally at the graduate and Executive Education level, Dr Smith has notably advanced a number of French Grandes Ecoles with the AACSB, EFMD and AMBA International Accreditations. He has been the Director of the Grande Ecole Programme at both ESCEM Poitiers and INSEEC Bordeaux. Publishing in such journals as International Management and The Journal of Strategic Marketing, Dr Smith has more recently oriented his research to value creation and destruction in large online communities. Before his academic career, he launched a successful small business in Florida, USA and a training company in Paris. He currently serves as the director of undergraduate programme at the Institut Supérieur du Commerce in Paris.
