• Identification of AUC’s needs for Technical Assistance and co-formulation of activity proposals – Particularly on topics related to the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and e-commerce development

• Coordination of information and activities with the AUC, AFD, Expertise France’s HQs and international partners
• Coordination of reporting and spearheading of monitoring and evaluation of activities

• Managing a €6.4 million/42 months-long EU-funded project: designing and organising activities in numerous African countries (technical workshops, regional meetings, technical assistance), coordinating with the funding organisation (Eurostat), partners (AUC, Regional Economic Communities, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, African Development Bank, Statistical Institutes) and Expertise France’s headquarters.
• Drafting of Terms of Reference and revision of technical documents, local office administration, recruitment and supervision of a Programme Assistant, identification and management of statistical experts, communication activities.
• Identification of further project opportunities for Expertise France.
