An experienced executive and non-executive director with over 35 years' business experience, the last 13 years as a self-employed interim professional in transformation and change.

Assignments included organisations such as London Pensions Fund Authority, Low Carbon Contracts Company, Luton Airport, British Gas, London Underground, Surrey County Council, BAA Heathrow and Great Place to Work.

Early career was in sales and marketing management with Reuters financial information services, in UK, Sweden, Denmark, Mexico and Austria. A past trustee of charities such as Samaritans, Relate and Carer Support. Currently a board director and chair of the nomination and remuneration committee for Tower Hamlets Community Housing in London. Research interests include nomination committee, use of AI in the board room, cognitive diversity and influence of the Chair.
