Jennifer Zerkee

Jennifer Zerkee is a Copyright Specialist in the Simon Fraser University Copyright Office, where she develops and delivers copyright education and provides copyright information to instructors, researchers, students, and staff. Jennifer's research focuses on the 2018 federal review of Canada's Copyright Act and the impact stakeholder input has on legislative change, with a particular interest in areas of discussion and debate relevant to higher education and libraries including fair dealing, collective licensing, Crown copyright, technological protection measures, and contract override of user rights.
