Doctoral researcher in public health law, University of Sydney

Jenny Kaldor is a PhD candidate at Sydney Law School. Her research focuses on the overlap between food law and public health law, and the potential of food regulation to improve diets at the population level.

Her wider research interests relate to the role - and limits - of law and regulation in preventing non-communicable diseases and addressing the social determinants of ill-health.

Jenny previously worked as a regulatory and commercial lawyer in Australia and the UK, and she holds a Master's degree in Food Policy from City University London.
