I am a Lecturer in Humanitarian Studies at the Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction at UCL. I investigate the history and politics of humanitarianism and have worked and researched across academia, government, and the humanitarian/third sector. Currently focusing on disaster governance and refugee protection in South Asia.
