Jessica Jewell is a Research Scholar at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis where her research focuses on energy security and the politics of energy. Her work deals with the tension between energy priorities of nation states and global energy objectives. Dr. Jewell has also worked at the International Energy Agency, with the IPCC and with the UN Secretary General's SE4All initiative. She has published several scholarly articles on global nuclear energy prospects, global energy governance and energy security.
