Full Professor in International Negotiation, IÉSEG School of Management

Jingjing Yao is a Full Professor in International Negotiation at IESEG School of Management, France. He obtained his Ph.D. in Organization Management from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, China. He was a visiting researcher at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA.

Jingjing’s research interests mainly focus on negotiation, trust, culture, and doing business in China. His research findings have been published in international journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Management and Organisation Review, International Journal of Conflict Management, Group Decision and Negotiation, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Negotiation Journal, etc.

He currently serves as an Associate Editor at the Group Decision and Negotiation journal, an Associate Editor at the Negotiation and Conflict Management Research journal, and an Editorial Board Member at the Management and Organization Review journal. He is a member of CNRS-LEM. He was the representative-at-large of Europe in the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) 2017-2021 and the director of the IESEG Excellence Center of Negotiation (ICON) 2020-2023.
