Jo-Anna B. Baxter

Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Toronto

Dr. Jo-Anna Baxter focuses on conducting collaborative nutrition research and trials in diverse settings. She is particularly interested in diet and micronutrient status in preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as ways to address the nutritional inequalities that affect vulnerable members of society. In addition to Canada, her research endeavors have included time in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Uganda.
