James Palmer Chair in Public Policy and Law, University Research Professor, Dalhousie University

I have a BA, MA, and MLitt in Philosophy and an LLB, LLM, and SJD. I am a Member of the Order of Canada. I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences. I clerked for former Chief Justice Lamer of the Supreme Court of Canada. I was the Director of the Dalhousie Health Law Institute for ten years. I currently hold the James Palmer Chair in Public Policy and Law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
