Jon Hall

Jon Hall is a senior Lecturer in computing at the Open University. He is also a part-time professor of computing in Guangxi Normal University, China.

His research interests include risk/resource rebalance in business problem solving processes and business process modelling for analysis and change.

Hall builds new thought tools for problem solving. General Dynamics UK (Lynx helicopter and Harrier), Bank of America (Mortgage software), UN FAO, FCO, and many others, have used or are using those tools to augment their in-house expertise to solve their problems in new ways.
