Senior Research Associate, Johns Hopkins Net Zero Industrial Policy Lab, Johns Hopkins University

Jonas Goldman is a senior research associate at the Johns Hopkins Net-Zero Industrial Policy Lab and Trade and Climate Change Policy Analyst for the International Institute of Sustainable Development.

His past research has focused on low-carbon industrial strategy and infrastructure solutions at the level of the community, region, and country. He also has published on potential inter-governmental responses to climate change such as the development of environmental work relief programs for at risk populations by the EU, and the pivoting of the NATO alliance to address the security risks caused by climate change.

He has worked in a variety of policy positions for government, NGO's, and in the Canadian Parliament.

Jonas thinks Frank Herbert is the greatest unsung political theorist of the 20'th century.
