Jonathan Farthing

Professor, College of Kinesiology, University of Saskatchewan

I completed my PhD in 2006 from the UofS. I have been a faculty member in the College of Kinesiology since July 2005. My area of focus is Neuromuscular Physiology with a particular interest in adaptations to acute and chronic strength training. Our most well known work is on effects of "cross-education" which is defined as performance increases in the opposite untrained limb after training one arm or leg.
