PhD Candidate, Western University

Jonathan Weier is completing a PhD in history at Western University, writing on the First World War work of the YMCA. He is a historian of social movements, labour unions and political parties and is a co-editor of the recently published Party of Conscience: the CCF, the NDP and Social Democracy in Canada. He is currently an instructor in the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences at George Brown College. Jonathan has extensive publication and editorial experience in history and related disciplines and sub-disciplines.
