Joseph is currently reading for a PhD in Nutritional Physiology, focusing on the impact of a polyphenol rich phytocomplex on inflammatory mediators, functional mobility and longevity. This doctoral research is under the supervision of Professor Justin Roberts at Cambridge Centre for Sport and Exercise Sciences (CCSES).
