Julia Verdouw is a research fellow in the Housing and Community Research Unit at the University of Tasmania. Julia is a qualitative researcher with expertise in affordable housing and access to housing for vulnerable groups, housing policy and social network analysis. Her work has included investigating sustainable pathways to tax reform for improved affordable housing outcomes in Australia, social impact program outcomes in social housing and housing for previously homeless tenants, and community engagement research with a focus on stigma in place-based social housing contexts.
