Julien Jourdan est Professeur Associé de Management et Ressources Humaines à HEC Paris. Il enseigne le management et le leadership aux programmes doctoral, MSc et MBA. Ses recherches portent sur la réputation, la légitimité et les autres formes d’évaluation sociale des organisations. Il examine la manière dont a) les parties prenantes évaluent les organisations dans des environnements institutionnels fragmentés, et b) l’impact que ces évaluations ont sur le comportement, la stratégie et la performance des organisations. Ses travaux apparaissent dans des revues telles que American Journal of Sociology, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science et Strategy Science, entre autres.
