Kate C. Tilleczek

Professor and Canada Research Chair, Young Lives, Education and Global Good, York University, Canada

Dr Tilleczek has been examining the lives and time of youth for three decades. She is the Social Science and Humanities Research Council funded Canada Research Chair (Young Lives, Education and Global Good) and Full Professor in the Faculty of Education and Director (and founder) of the Young Lives Research Laboratory at York University in Toronto.

Dr Tilleczek works with an interdisciplinary and international team on 4 clusters of research designed to better understand young lives: 1) the impacts of the Digital Age and Anthropocence over time and place; 2) youth wellbeing; 3) re-imagining education; and 4) emerging theory and methodology.
