Professor of Law and Social Justice, Australian Catholic University

Kate is professor of law and social justice. She researches land tenure with a particular interest on the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and environmental justice. She is a regular commentator on contemporary issues concerning the legal profession including equity diversity and inclusion in legal practice.
