Kate Maguire-Rosier

Honorary Associate, Department of Theatre and Performance Studies, School of Literature, Art, and Media, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Sydney

Dr Kate Maguire-Rosier is Honorary Associate of the Theatre and Performance Studies Department at the University of Sydney and co-convened the International Federation for Theatre Research's Performance and Disability Working Group from 2018-2022. Her research focusses on the ethics and politics of 'care' in relationships to disability, particularly in the making and presentation of dance theatre by and with artists with disability. Aside from teaching and researching across Cultural Studies, Media Studies and Performance Studies, Kate also works in arts administration in the dance sector.
