Katherine holds an MA in Political and International Studies (distinction) from Rhodes University, and an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy (distinction) from the London School of Economics. She is currently working on a PhD in Philosophy, and her dissertation is on South African AIDS Denialism in the early 2000s.
