Katherine Warwick

PhD candidate, Western Sydney University

Katherine is PhD candidate with Western Sydney University (WSU), in the School of Science. She specialises in research surrounding urban water pollution, impacts of mining on freshwater and the mobility of emerging pollutants and their impacts on platypus populations. She is also a lecturer and Academic Tutor with WSU teaching water quality and water management, as well as the integration of science into the broader community.
Katherine enjoys public engagement events to help communities and industry understand environmental issues and their short and long term effects.
