I am an academic psychologist who has spent the last 17 years in medical education, working to improve the selection, education and training of medical students and doctors and thus improve patient care.
My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and my PhD is in Psychology and Medical Education.
I am a Career Development Fellow at the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
