I lead one of the premier research institutions in the United States that focus on youth political and civic engagement and have co-authored influential reports and articles in peer-reviewed journals in this area. One of my center's strengths is its strong connection to the real world (practitioners, media, and policy-makers), equipping me to make complex and rigorous research findings and issues accessible to the general audience.
