PhD Candidate, Department of Archaeology, Flinders University

I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Archaeology, Flinders University South Australia. My PhD thesis examines Aboriginal fringe camps in the context of the contact history of Europeans and Aboriginal people in Darwin between 1869-1910. One aspect of the research examines the contemporary material culture of Aboriginal people in the long grass in Darwin.

I am a Research Fellow at Charles Darwin University in Darwin working in the area of social science research involving Indigenous Australians.

For years I have worked with the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal community of Darwin in projects that further their interests in research in academia and applied research.
