Dr Keren Papier is a Senior Nutritional Epidemiologist working in the Cancer Epidemiology Unit (CEU), based in the Oxford Department of Population Health, at the University of Oxford. Her research uses large-scale epidemiological studies (including the Million Women Study, UK Biobank and EPIC-Oxford) to assess the role of diet in the aetiology of non-communicable diseases, particularly cardiometabolic outcomes and GI cancers. She has a special interest in investigating the health effects of animal-sourced foods, the nutritional status and disease biomarkers of adults consuming plant-based diets, and dietary questionnaire design. She is also the Principal Investigator for the Feeding the Future Study (or FEED).
