Research Dietitian, CSIRO

Kim is a research dietitian with a passion for environmentally sustainable diets, improving the nutritional adequacy of the food supply and public health nutrition.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons). Her honours degree was on the relationship between food label use and healthy diets. Now at CSIRO, Australia's National Science Agency, she works on a range of nutrition-related projects for both Government and Industry.
