Assistant Director, Teaching and Learning/Lecturer in Strategic Management, Memorial University of Newfoundland

I am a scholar and practitioner in the fields of strategic management and teaching and learning in higher education. I hold a PhD in strategic management and leadership. My work includes institutional planning and educational development at Memorial University with a focus on innovation and leadership in teaching and learning. I work closely with academic leaders on assessing the teaching and learning experience of faculty and students and developing plans and programs to meet the needs of diverse populations. In addition, I consult government, public sector and private sector organizations on strategy development to manage environmental issues and changes. My research focuses on how organizational vision, leadership and strategic management are interconnected to influence organizational performance. I have published articles in scholarly journals, presented papers at conferences, and won awards and honorary memberships for excellence in business research and organizational development.
