Krige Siebrits

Krige Siebrits is a senior lecturer in the Department of Economics at Stellenbosch University. He holds a PhD in Economics from Stellenbosch University. Prior to taking up his current post in 2008, he worked in the Department of Finance (now National Treasury) from 1992 to 1996 and taught in the Department of Economics at Unisa from 1996 to 2007. His research interests are fiscal policy, economic policymaking, the economic role of institutions and the economics of professional sports leagues.
