Neuroscientist and Director of the UCL Climate Action Unit, UCL

I work in the area of opinion formation and polarization, specifically with the aim of bringing insights from neuroscience and psychology around this to a wider public, including other scientists. You can view some of my work here: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/284702497_The_Mind_of_the_Educator.

I also tease out one of the factors that generates public polarisation in "Right Between Your Ears" (http://www.rightbetween.com), a documentary about how we become convinced of things that aren’t true and how we deal with being wrong. This is a collaboration with producer/director Sheila Marshall and psychologist Stefan Jansen.
