Laura Outhwaite

Dr Laura Outhwaite is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Education Policy and Equalising Opportunities at IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society. She is also Deputy Director of the Child Development and Learning Difficulties Lab at IOE and a Research Fellow on the LEAP Programme, supported by the Jacobs Foundation and MIT. Her expertise lies in psychology applied to education, particularly mathematical development, early years, and educational apps. Her work has been funded by the Nuffield Foundation, UNESCO, and the ESRC.
