Laura Tozer

Laura Tozer is an Assistant Professor of environmental studies in the Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences at the University of Toronto. She researches climate change and urban sustainability governance and policy. Her current research projects focus on how to accelerate equitable transitions to net zero and resilient cities, particularly related to energy transitions and building decarbonization.
