Leanne is the Head of the Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Discipline and a Professor of Management and Organisation Studies. Her research explores the relationship between organizational strategy and discourse and how it impacts inclusion and innovation in organisations.
Leanne is currently working on research projects exploring the:
relationship between age diverse workforces and innovation,
role of reflexivity in social innovation,
impact of policy discourse on Indigenous business,
and ethical recognition in feminist practice.
Leanne is Director of the Organisation Discourse Strategy and Change Group. This group belongs to a network of international researchers who share an interest in developing and applying discourse methods to the study of organisations.
