PhD researcher, Stress, Healthy Ageing and Physical Exercise, University of Stirling

Len De Nys started his PhD journey on the 'Stress, Healthy Ageing and Physical Exercise' (SHAPE) project at the University of Stirling after almost ten years of clinical practice as a physiotherapist.

His mission is to share his clinical and academic knowledge about Lifestyle Medicine, physical activity and targeted diet and lifestyle interventions with therapists and the lay public to ultimately bridge the gap between science and clinical practice.
