Lorenza Antonucci

Senior Lecturer in Social Policy, Teesside University

I am a social policy scholar, researching and writing on comparative social policy in Europe, young adults, higher education and welfare state changes. Born in Italy, I have an international background: I researched for the European Institution of Public Administration (The Netherlands) and studied in Bocconi University (Italy), Yonsei University (South Korea), SciencesPo Paris (France), London School of Economics (LSE) and University of Bristol (UK). In 2010 I won the first “Policy and Politics” Award from the publisher The Policy Press for my doctoral research on young people in university in Sweden, Italy and England.
