Louis Volante

Louis Volante (PhD) is a Distinguished Professor at Brock University and a Professorial Fellow at UNU-MERIT / Maastricht Graduate School of Governance. His current research is focused on the global education governance; politics, policy, and large-scale reform; international organizations and policy diffusion; and impact evaluation of policies and programmes. A frequent invited speaker, Professor Volante has worked as an advisor and evaluator for international organizations and governments around the world.
