Associate Professor at the Rey Juan Carlos University. Ranked by the Spanish agency for the assessment of quality (ANECA) to the positions of PROFESOR CONTRATADO DOCTOR and PROFESOR DE UNIVERSIDAD PRIVADA.

Phd in Social Sciences (Extraordinary PhD Award), Master in Marketing, Degree in Marketing and Market Research and Bachelors Degree in Business from Rey Juan Carlos University. He has also completed higher studies at Francisco de Vitoria University and IMC University of Applied Sciences in Austria.

Luis Matosas López has made more than 30 publications of high significance, participating also in more than 35 international congresses. His research focus on the managerial implications of the use of ICT and organizational behaviour in public and private organizations.

He has published 19 articles in journals indexed in the Web of Sciences and Scopus catalogues. Here, various papers were published in journals positioned in the first and second quartiles (Q1 and Q2) of JCR (Journal Citations Reports) and SJR (SCImago Journal Rank).

Likewise, it is worth highlighting the publication of 15 book chapters in publishers, national and international, placed in the first positions of the SPI (Scholarly Publishers Indicators) of CSIC (Higher Council of Scientific Investigations). This is the case of publications for Tirant Lo Blanch, IGI Global, McGraw-Hill, Piramide (Grupo Anaya, Hachette Livre), Octaedro, Dykinson, or Tecnos (Grupo Anaya,Hachette Livre), among others.

In addition, Luis Matosas López has also collaborated as a member of scientific committees in international congresses and as a reviewer of many journals indexed in JCR and SJR. In recent years, he has also participated in different contracts and research projects gained in competitive calls.

Finally, Luis Matosas López has also developed an extensive professional activity as consultant specialized in the management of CRM solutions, working in companies such as Orange or Vodafone Spain. Currently, besides being member of CIBERIMAGINARIO research group at Rey Juan Carlos University, he is also external collaborator in the groups EDI at Autonomous University of Madrid and EDUTOOLS at University of León.
