I specialize in intellectual and real property law, especially issues relating to patents, trademarks, liability and infringement standards, regulatory takings and eminent domain. I have taught IP Law in China (Hopkins-Nanjing Center, 2009-10; PKU School of Transnational Law, 2013 & 2015), and am editor the Michigan Real Property Review.
