Marcus Blake

Marcus Blake is a data scientist and geographer working to help expand the use of spatial technologies in government. He managed the development of the 2021 edition of the Accessibility/Remoteness Index of Australia at Adelaide University, and several editions of the statistical geography classification at the Australian Bureau of Statistics. He's presently developing code to improve the calculation of accessibilty metrics at the Centre for Australian Research into Access (CARA) at Deakin University.
