Professor of Sustainable Wastes Management, University of Northampton

Margaret has been involved in wastes management for 20 years and undertook her PhD on landfill microbiology. She is a Chartered Waste Management and a Chartered Environmentalist. Margaret runs WARMNET (a network for all universities involved in waste management education and research), which hosts the annual postgraduate waste management showcase Tackling Waste. She appears in the Hot 100 (Resource Magazine) most influential people in wastes management and acts as an expert for a range of local and national organisations.
