Canada Research Chair, Climate Change, Energy and Sustainability, University of Regina

I have a Bachelor of Administration, a law degree (LL.B.) and Master's of Law (LL.M.) in constitutional law (Aboriginal rights, energy and water). My PhD is Social and Behavioural sciences with expertise in climate change, risk, vulnerabity, drought, flood and adaptive governance. I was the coordinating lead author of chapter 7 of the IPCC Land and Climate report(2019) and am a contributing author and review editor for IPCC AR6. My position is Professor at Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy.
