Maria is working on a doctorate degree at The University of Tasmania exploring consumer behaviour towards organic food. Her professional experience prior to research work includes marketing management: performing functions of a marketing director for 3 countries. Maria's role focused on regional marketing development and strategic planning, specialising on market and environmental analysis for decision-making purposes. Maria's experience includes in launching offices in new regions, business start-ups, marketing plans and budgets, communications and events management.
