Maris Rowe-McCulloch

Assistant Professor of Modern European History, University of Regina

I have an M.A. from University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of Toronto's Department of History and Anne Tanenbaum Centre for Jewish Studies. I teach the history of modern Europe at the University of Regina. My research examines the history of the Holocaust, the history of Russia and the Soviet Union, and the history of Nazi Germany, focusing on warfare (particularly World War II) and violence against civilians and prisoners of war.
