Marius Crous is an associate professor in the Department of Language and Literature at NMMU, Port Elizabeth. He holds doctorates in both Afrikaans and English. He is also the author of three collections of poetry in Afrikaans with Vol draadwerk the most recent. He publishes regularly on literature and literary theory.
