I'm an ecologist, NSF Graduate Research Fellow and Ph.D. candidate in the W.A. Franke College of Forestry & Conservation at the University of Montana. My research focuses on understanding the natural role of wildfire, how ecosystems and societies respond to disturbance, and how to make public lands accessible to all.
