Mark Middleton

Mark Middleton is Professor of Experimental Cancer Medicine at the University of Oxford and a consultant Medical Oncologist at the Oxford Cancer and Haematology Centre.

In Oxford he is director of the Early Phase Cancer Trials Hub, the Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre (ECMC) and the Cancer Theme of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Biomedical Research Centre. He is also a member of the International Melanoma Working Group.

He trained in Medicine at the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford. His postgraduate training was at St James’ University Hospital in Leeds, and oncological fellowship at The Christie and the Paterson Institute for Cancer Research, Manchester.
