Marshall Palmer

Marshall Palmer is a SSHRC-funded Joseph-Armand Bombardier Scholar, currently completing his PhD at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. He is a former NATO security analyst and holds degrees in International Relations from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.
