Mårten Schultz

Professor of civil law at Stockholm University, specialized in torts, unjust enrichment and comparative law, since 2011.

Before that, I was briefly professor in Uppsala and earlier assistant professor in Uppsala and Örebro. Jur dr. 2007, "docent" 2008.

My main areas of research are civil law, with a focus on liability law, comparative law and legal theory. My writing has also touched on issues of freedom and rights and criminal responsibility, with a focus on internet-related issues.
